2025 Cottage Grove Strawberry Fest

Start Time: Check in 7:15am Race Starts 8:00am

Location: Kingston Park

Description: The Strawberry Fest 5K is open to all runners, walkers, those in strollers, and on a

leash. The route does leave Kingston Park and will be marked by City Staff and Public Safety.

All 5K participants will receive a carton of fresh strawberries upon completion. The Strawberry

Fest 5K will be chip timed, and times will be posted on-line concluding the event.

Event: Kids 1 Mile Run

Date: June 21

Start Time: Check in 9:15am Race Starts 9:30am

Location: Kingston Park; see attached map

Description: The Strawberry Fest 1K is for anyone 10 and younger. Recreation staff will line 2

soccer fields cheering runners on as they make 4 loops. Family and friends can also cheer from

the sideline or run with them. The goal is to run and have fun! 1K runners receive a medal and

a bottle of Strawberry Milk at the end of the race.

Event: Adult Kickball Tournament

Date: June 21

Start Time: Noon Start; Championship Game 5:00pm

Location: Kingston Park; Fields 1, 2, 3

Description: Come “kick it” at our annual festival with our first kickball tournament. All teams

will have a two-game guarantee and need a minimum of 10 players. There are no gender

requirements when forming a team, all players must be aged 18+. Prizes are awarded to teams

that finish in 1 st and 2 nd place. All teams will be scheduled two “pool play” games with a single

elimination tournament to follow with the top placed teams based on pool play results.
